It may seem like a lot of rules/points to agree to, but they are all in place to keep you safe, keep you &  the community as supportive, transformational & empowering as possible. 

Becky Jane Stephenson is not a therapist or Mental Health Practitioner or makes any claims to the effect but an expert by experience & practitioner in mentoring participants & members of The Valkyrie Project & community. 

Becky Jane cannot diagnose or dispute a diagnosis that may or may not have been confirmed by a certified professional but can offer her insight based on her experiences while providing guidance on where you’ll be able to discuss. 

Becky Jane’s aim is not to fix or cure anyone or any challenges they may experience, but to provide advice, guidance & support in understanding yourself better, developing & strengthening self-awareness 

Members / Clients that appear to be in crisis will be contacted outside of the community in private & supported in getting the relevant support in place. 

Members / clients take responsibility for their own well being

Members have the freedom to make suggestions on future lessons & classes, if there is enough group interest & Becky Jane can facilitate the requests then she will endeavour to deliver what the membership as a collective want. 

Zoom Group calls are held once per week & Guest Expert Zoom calls are delivered once a month. 

All announcements to calls, classes, new content & modules will be added into the membership discord channel 

Members joining do not reserve the right to ask for a refund after the first 24hrs of signing up to become a member. 

Results & transformations are dependent on each member & how much of the content & guidance is implemented, don’t do any of the ‘work’ then little change will be seen. 

Becky Jane cannot provide a magic want & fix everything, members /clients may feel some resistance or uncomfortableness at various times within the membership, this is often due to pushing through comfort zones & challenging habits that are shifting, however, if any member becomes excessively overwhelmed, they must reach out to Becky Jane individually & a plan will be put in place to support them. 

Members/clients agree to be respectful towards Becky Jane & other members, any abusive, discriminatory & unkind behaviour will not be tolerated, Becky Jane reserves the right to remove anyone displaying behaviour that goes against this 

Members/clients agree to not pitching or ‘selling’ within the discord channel or otherwise unless this has been decided with Becky Jane & the offer is beneficial to the community

Members/clients agree not to give unsolicited advice if it hasn’t been asked for. 

Members /clients agree that if they have an issue with another member that this is brought to Becky Jane’s attention at the earliest opportunity. 

Members/clients understand that Becky Jane isn’t active all day every day in the discord community, but does regularly check in & respond to posts & messages, the community i.e discord is a community that supports each other as well as benefits from Becky Jane’s guidance & expertise. 

Members/clients agree & respect that this community celebrates diversity and respects race, colour, creed, religion, LGBTQA communities and everything in between

Members/clients agree to bring any problems with discord or the membership & its content to Becky Jane’s attention. . 

Members/clients agree not to copy ANY of Becky Jane’s work within the membership/discord or any other product or service Becky Jane has developed, created or collaborated on 

The Valkyrie Project doesn’t tolerate any projections, abusive, or argumentative comments which may result in the immediate cancellation of a subscription WITHOUT a refund

Content belonging to Becky Jane Stephenson & The Valkyrie Project / Services/products under her name is Life Mentoring & Advice built on an Expert by Experience basis. The Author/Creator holds no liability or responsibility for the level of changes accomplished. Any Content / Media / Audio or printables shall not replace care from medical/health professionals as and when advised. 

Becky Jane Stephenson does not claim to be a therapist. For any persons who may currently be experiencing severe emotional/ mental health challenges or in crisis, Becky Jane has a duty of care to advise & refer to relevant services - including temporary cancellation of membership. 

Responsibility & Implementation of any mentoring, guidance or advice will remain with the client or persons accessing any of Becky Jane Stephenson's content, products or Services. 

Becky Jane regularly participates in 'Pro Bono contributions at her own discretion & responds to emails within 48hrs - TheOCDWarrior@gmail.com

Becky Jane reserves the right to decline to work with individuals if she feels it may be more beneficial to refer on to another service.

Refund Policy / Terms

1. Cancellations for one-to-one services must be notified within 48hrs. (24hrs in case of emergency, illness or other wise unavoidable situation arises, refunds are at the discretion of Becky Jane) 

2. Subscriptions to the membership are ONLY refundable upon cancellation within the first 24hrs & any refunds that may or may not be offered are at Becky Jane Stephenson's discretion 

3 No refunds will be offered for workshop or masterclass purchases unless the purchase was made in error. Discretion applies
