This may or may not include referring you towards other professionals within the appropriate industry. 

Becky Jane's aim is not to FIX anyone or the challenges/difficulties a client may be experiencing but to provide mentoring, guidance, support, encouragement & advice towards understanding yourself better, developing & strengthening your self-trust & self-awareness 

SASSHOLE & SOVEREIGN includes a style of mentoring from Becky Jane that will involve challenging yourself & your comfort zones, it is important that you understand this at times may feel uncomfortable, it will be your responsibility to communicate, ask for help & support when you need it - Asking for help comes from a place of CONFIDENCE not weakness 

If Becky Jane has at any point concerns over your emotional or physical well-being, Becky Jane will advise you to seek outside support to be put in place, Becky Jane will continue to support you throughout, with compassion, empathy, respect & understanding. 

All Clients take responsibility for their own well-being. 

Becky Jane requires mutual trust at all times for you to benefit fully from her stewardship. 

You agree to be open & honest with Becky Jane, this will help her to develop the mentorship around your wants, needs & any difficulties so that you are not pushed too far too quickly. 

Becky Jane works with mutual trust, which will include you expressing what it is you want & what you want to work on specifically

Becky Jane requires honesty for her mentorship to work well for you, this includes voicing any concerns, anything you may disagree with, or things you would like to change. 

All Zoom calls are held on an Evening no earlier than 7.30 pm, But Becky Jane is open to flexibility at her discretion & will let you know what dates/times she has available

You are encouraged to show up for these calls so that you may benefit fully, any person who cannot support others or remain on calls to support others - will result in the decision to no longer work together beyond the service. 

Whatsapp/Voxer/Messenger TERMS 

Becky Jane will be offering Voice Note access as part of each service provided. 

As a Client, you agree to : 

Keep all voice notes you send to no more than 2 minutes per message unless longer notes are agreed upon mutually. 

This is so Becky Jane can respond fully without having to retain a lot of information at once, this ensures that the feedback given is to the point & exactly what you need, keeping each message to 2 minutes is also beneficial for note-taking for your benefit when building goals & action plans.. along with documenting achievements, growth & accomplishments 

Clients respect that Becky Jane has multiple clients & a community, along with a family so her response times may not be immediate but will be responded to the same day. 

Becky Jane is available from the hours of 10 am - 12 pm, 1 pm - 3 pm 6 pm - 8 pm Daily for voice notes although Becky Jane will respond outside of these times if there is flexibility to do so. 

If voice notes are not picked up during those times Becky Jane will notify you prior (In case of emergencies/illness) 

Under these Terms & Conditions, you agree to keep the Voice Notes or messages to yourself & not distribute them anywhere else, this Mentoring is for YOU & You only (You have the option to take notes but these must be kept secure) 

If you are unhappy with the service you are receiving, please do bring this to me, I am always fair, understanding & will treat your concerns with respect, together we can work towards an agreed resolution. 

**If in the event any clients are found to be 'trashing' me online without first discussing it with me, your subscription will be ceased immediately WITHOUT entitlement to refunds. 

The content of voice notes is tailored to you & not replicated for any other client. 

As a client you agree to not become rude/offesive, demanding, entitled, critical or judgemental or share discriminatory views or messages with Becky Jane such as race, religion, orientation or gender roles or otherwise, Becky Jane promotes safety & trust in all spaces with inclusivity for women.  

You, the client agree that if any of these terms are broken, Becky Jane reserves the right to cancel the service within 24hrs notice & without a refund but payments must continue for the payment agreement if you have had more than 50% of the service. 

You, the client agree that Becky Jane will not accept nor tolerate any aggressive, abusive behaviour which will result in the immediate withdrawal of services & no refund issued. 

You the Client agree to not become entitled nor demanding of Becky Janes's time & attention beyond the times she has specified here or once the service reaches its completion 

Becky Jane is committed to delivering the best service so that you experience the best results. You, the client agree to voice any concerns regarding this mentoring so that Becky Jane can ensure you are getting the service you have paid for 

You, the client agree that for you to benefit from this Programme & mentoring, you must show up for the Zoom call(s) that you schedule with Becky Jane & follow the mentoring given. The level of results will depend on how committed you are to implementing, Becky Jane will not be held responsible for lack of results if she has provided you what you've asked for & it has not been actioned. 

You the client agree that if you do not disclose any emotional / MH health challenges that could get in the way of the results seen, Becky Jane will not be held responsible. 

You, the client agree not to oppose, dispute or argue with Becky Jane over the mentoring being given, if this occurs, becky jane will cease the mentoring until a resolution is reached, you as a client are expected to be open-minded & respectfully discuss anything shared that has activated an emotional response from you 

Clients do not reserve the right to ask for a refund after the first 24hrs of payment (Errors such as the wrong mentorship option will be refunded to the payment method used (STRIPE can take up to 10 working days to process) 

Results & transformations are dependent on how much of the content & guidance is implemented, don’t do any of the ‘work’ then little change will be seen. 

Becky Jane Agrees to : 

Respond the same day to messages, within reason (she will not respond to messages sent beyond 8pm on an evening & will resume the next morning (unless it is at her own discretion) 

Provide you with the Recording/transcript of any Zoom Calls 

Becky Jane agrees to keep all of your information & anything shared safe, Mutual respect & safety is the most important aspect of this service. 

Becky Jane is non-judgemental, opinionated, critical or otherwise discriminatory 

Becky Jane agrees to listen to you, your concerns & worry, taking them on board so that you don't become overwhelmed. 

Becky Jane always maintains your safety & will always ensure you are in a safe environment. If Becky Jane feels concerned for your well-being / Safety at any moment, Becky Jane will reach out to you outside of this service & support you, this may mean pausing your service OR advising/referring you to professionals/services who can help you 

If Becky Jane feels the Mentoring isn't right for you at any point & she feels referring you to another professional would be within your best interests, Becky Jane will have this discussion with you, it will be your own choice whether to take on board Becky Janes's advice or not. Becky Jane will agree to cancel any subscriptions if you choose 

Becky Jane cannot provide a magic wand & fix everything, clients may feel some resistance or uncomfortableness at various times, this is often due to pushing through comfort zones & challenging habits that are shifting

however, if you, the client becomes excessively overwhelmed, you must reach out to Becky Jane & a plan will be put in place to support you. 

Clients who have access to  SASSHOLE/TVP OR SIREN agree that if they have an issue with another member that this is brought to Becky Jane’s attention at the earliest opportunity. 

SASSHOLE / TVP / SOVEREIGN GROUP ACCESS 

Clients who have access to the above groups agree that if they have an issue with another member that this is brought to Becky Jane’s attention at the earliest opportunity. 

Members/clients understand that Becky Jane isn’t active all day every day in the group, but does regularly check in & respond to posts this is a community that supports each other as well as benefits from Becky Jane’s guidance & expertise which will be delivered with an 'Ask Me Anything' Live during your time within the communities

Members/clients agree & respect that each community celebrates diversity and respects race, colour, creed, religion, LGBTQA communities and everything in between

Members/clients agree to bring any problems with the group or its content to Becky Jane’s attention. . 

Members/clients agree not to copy ANY of Becky Jane’s work within the group, Zoom calls, Voice notes or messages or any other product or service Becky Jane has developed, created or collaborated on 

Members agree to never share information, screenshots or gossip about any member, the groups or Becky Jane. 

Any members found to be doing so, will be removed swiftly & any remaining service remaining cancelled without refund & will not be invited to work with Becky Jane in the future. 

Fraudulent chargebacks & non-payment for services will result in your removal, blocking & your details shared within my mentoring network to warn other services, legal action will also be sought to recover outstanding payments & balances. 

Just because this is not a physical product it STILL means you are entering into a contractual agreement for services given,  (Because contrary to the belief of some scammers - mentors also have bills to pay & mouths to feed) 


REFUND POLICY 
Refunds will only be given at Becky's discretion or if she is unable to fulfil her commitment i.e family emergencies 
Refunds won't be issued because you didn't attend the calls or implement them OR because you have not attained the growth you hoped. 

Chargebacks / Scams 
Becky Jane expects a level of trust & integrity from each client she works with, Becky Jane expects each client to honour their payment commitments, non-payment or chargebacks will be followed up respectfully,if these are ignored legal action will be taken 

Non-Payment / Late Payment terms : 
Becky Jane has an understanding nature & understands that sometimes people do forget, however if late payments become frequent after discussions with you, the decision may be made to end the contract of services with you - Becky Jane allows for 2 - 3 days late payment where there is valid reason & you make effort to communicate with her - any payments that are late beyond 7 days & no effort to contact Becky Jane has been made & late payment becomes a regular occurrence, Becky Jane reserves the right to remove/suspend access to the product until payments are made - access will resume once payments are made.

Entitlement, boundary disrespecting : 

Becky Jane ONLY serves her business & services on an evening no earlier than 7.30 pm due to her own family commitments, she has clients that are from multiple time zones, Becky Jane endeavours to ensure sessions that are held on Zoom work well for the general availability - more specific times such as 1 to 1 calls will be discussed and agreed upon between Becky Jane & the client. In group settings calls will only be scheduled for 7.30 pm, you will be given prior notice of this. When it is a group setting it may mean that the calls will not fit your schedule, every effort is made to make sure the times are fair for all, but it does mean that the calls will not always suit your own availability - calls are recorded & live sessions downloaded so that you do not miss any. 

REFUNDS will not be issued because the schedule does not fit your own, refunds will not be issued if you do not attend any of the calls LIVE.

Refund Policy / Terms

1. Cancellations for one-to-one Calls or voxer days must be notified within 48hrs. (24hrs in case of emergency, illness or otherwise unavoidable situation arises, refunds are at the discretion of Becky Jane) 

2. VIP Days must be arranged no later than 2 weeks prior to the date you want, cancellations must be made with 48hrs notice. 

2. Subscriptions to the membership are ONLY refundable upon cancellation within the first 24hrs & any refunds that may or may not be offered are at Becky Jane Stephenson's discretion 

3 No refunds will be offered for workshop or masterclass purchases unless the purchase was made in error. Discretion applies

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

  • You purchased the above service/Services from Becky Jane Stephenson 

We use the information that you have given us in order to add you to the Product/service you purchased & to create your log in details to access the product/service & to process your payments. 

We may share this information with STRIPE - Payment Processing or PayPal 

& Active Campaign that will add your details to a dedicated list for email updates (You can unsubscribe at any point) 

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored.

We keep Names, Emails & details until the product or service is completed, is cancelled or removed (If terms & conditions are broken)  We will then dispose of your information by deleting your information held on this website (Membervault), deleted from STRIPE or Paypal (depending on which payment method you use) & removed from any Email Providers. 

 Your data protection rights

Under data protection law, you have rights including:

Your right of access - You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.

Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

Your right to erasure - You have the right to ask us to erase your personal information in certain circumstances (this does not include the erasure of payment requests - you MUST contact Becky Jane Stephenson directly) 

Your right to restriction of processing - You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances (This does not include the restriction of payment processing)

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights.
